Composition of the Editorial Board

Article 1. Appointment of the Editor-in-Chief
The Editor-in-Chief is nominated by the President of the society.
That nomination is seconded by the executive board and then the President makes the appointment.
The Editor-in-Chief serves a term of 3 years and may be reappointed only once.
Article 2. Appointment of the Editorial Board
  1. Procedures for selection of the editorial board
    With consideration given to professionalism, locality (region), internationality, one member from each region will be recommended by the branch manager and regional members and then appointed to the board by the Editor-in-chief.
  2. Basis for selection of the editorial board ;
    ① Areas of Expertise: Such fields as philosophy, education, ecology, psychology, medicine, arts, etc. which are related to the nature of the society.
    ② Locality / Regional Characteristics : Presently an employee of a local university or related agency located in any region of the country (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungcheong, GyeongSang, Jeolla, Jeju)
    ③ Internationality : A person granted a certain degree from the region where the holistic society is active including North America, Europe, Oceana, Northeast Asia, etc.
  3. Number of members on Editorial Board
    There are 20 or less members on the editorial board, but in special cases by a motion from the editor-in-chief and a resolution by the board of directors, the size of the editorial board may be adjusted.
  4. Term of office for an editorial board member
    A member of the editorial board serves a term of 3 years and may be reappointed only twice. Replacement of the editorial board can be within the range of 30% each year.
Article 3 Paper review committee
As it is necessary for the society's journal to be published at a certain given time, it is the main focus of the editorial board and is organized by the editor-in-chief.
Article 4 Convening of the Editorial Board
In the case of changes to the editorial regulations or organization and for other similar editorial affairs which are major issues, the editor-in-chief as the central figure of the editorial board will organize and convene a committee meeting.
