Guidelines for Calling Papers The deadline for submission of papers is 3 months prior to the publication date. Papers will be examined within 20 days of the submission deadline. Selection of published papers and announcement of examination results will occur within 10 days from the date they were examined. Printing in journals will occur within one month of the selection of the published paper. Distribution of journals occurs within one moth of printing.
